There's no need to scroll through a long case, you can see the most recent updates at the top of a case, giving you immediate access to your recent tasks.
Follow these instructions to view the most recent case updates first.
- Log in to your eCasework account.
- After you've logged in, click your name in the top-right corner.
- Click Settings.
- Click General from the menu on the left.
- Toggle the button to show the latest case updates first.
When you view a case in the Casework tab, you'll now see the most recent messages and updates at the top of the case history.
