There's no need to scroll through a long case, you can see the most recent updates at the top of a case, giving you immediate access to your recent tasks.

Follow these instructions to view the most recent case updates first.

  1. Log in to your eCasework account.
  2. After you've logged in, click your name in the top-right corner.
  3. Click Settings.
  4. Click General from the menu on the left.
  5. Toggle the button to show the latest case updates first.

When you view a case in the Casework tab, you'll now see the most recent messages and updates at the top of the case history.
