If you can't remember your password or you're having other problems logging in to eCasework, fear not! Help is at hand. First try resetting your password by following the steps below.
- Visit the login page.
- Click 'Trouble logging in? Reset your password'.
- Type the email address you used to register your account into the box.
- Click 'Reset password'.
Check your email to complete the process. We'll send you a password reset link which you need to click to reset your password. If the email doesn't arrive within 5 minutes, let us know.
- Open the email that arrives and click the 'Change password' button.
- On the page that opens, enter a new password in the first box.
- Confirm the new password by typing it in the second box.
- Finally, click 'Set password'.
You've set a new password and can use it to log in to your account.
